Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If within 14 days of purchase the guide is not useful to you, email boul2g@gmail.com with your order number and we will refund the full amount.

Digital content

Our products are digital files (PDF and ZIP) available to download immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. For digital content downloaded immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers may not apply if you expressly agreed to the immediate start of the download. The 14-day guarantee is a commercial choice on our part and is in addition to your legal rights.

How to request a refund

Email boul2g@gmail.com from the address you used for the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider.

Problems with the file

If the file will not download or open, email us and we will replace it or refund you.
