Terms of service

This store, CodeNest, sells guides and digital materials as PDF and ZIP files. By buying you accept these terms.

What you get

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself or your team. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or upload them to third-party sites or platforms.

Digital delivery and right of withdrawal: our products are digital content supplied immediately after payment, with no physical delivery. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to and download of the digital content and acknowledge that, for digital content downloaded immediately, your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer may be lost once the download begins. This does not affect our 14-day money-back guarantee (see Refund policy), which is a commercial choice on our part and is in addition to your legal rights.

Educational content

The guides are educational material. We do not guarantee results, income or a job. Code and procedures should be tried in a test environment first: external tools and services (Supabase, Next.js, Stripe, Vercel and others) change often, so always check the official documentation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these services.

Guides for kids

The kids guides are designed for a child together with a parent. Supervision and decisions about computer and AI use remain the parents' responsibility.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the materials. Consumers' mandatory legal rights are not affected.
